When you place an order, we may verify your method of payment and shipping address before processing your order. Trust Electronics reserves the discretion to complete or decline any order. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and do not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates.
Trust Electronics excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, lost profits or lost business opportunity — arising in any way from the products, services or this agreement.
In all cases, our total liability relating in any way to the products, services or this agreement shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the products or services that are the subject of any claim.
Trust Electronics specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for use for a particular purpose. We make no warranties regarding any program, data or support materials, whether express or implied.
Our products are intended for general electronic equipment only. Please do not incorporate our products into any equipment requiring high levels of safety that may directly cause loss of human life or bodily injury.
This restriction includes, without limitation, automotive, aerospace, aviation, military, and medical (Class III) applications. If you require products for such uses, contact us in advance to discuss suitability in writing.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
